Incident history

28/08/2026
  1. Resolved

Traditional webmail access has now been restored for the ZIMBRA002 server.

  2. Resolved

A temporary webmail access is now available at the following address: <https://webmail-zimbra002.pulseheberg.com>.

You can log in with your usual credentials. Our teams are continuing their work to restore the traditional Zimbra webmail.

  3. Monitoring

The service is now restored on `zimbra002.pulseheberg.com` for IMAP and SMTP connections. Access to email mailboxes from a mail client is therefore operational again.

The webmail remains temporarily unavailable and will be reactivated later. A new update will be published once it is restored.

  4. Monitoring

The ZIMBRA001 platform (`node-email-1.pulsepanel.eu`) has been restored and is operational again.

Our teams continue to work on the ZIMBRA002 platform, which remains currently unavailable. We will keep you informed as the situation evolves.

  5. Monitoring

The Collaborative Suite as well as the web platforms FRWEB4, FRWEB5 and FRWEB6 are now operational again.

Our investigations have identified the origin of the incident: a hardware failure on one of the compute servers hosting part of these services. The deprecated Zimbra platforms remain currently unavailable and our teams continue their interventions in order to restore access to them.

We do not expect any new incident or similar malfunction on the services already restored.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.

  6. Investigating

We are currently experiencing a temporary outage affecting the Collaboration Suite, the FRWEB4, FRWEB5, and FRWEB6 web platforms, as well as the deprecated Zimbra platforms.

Our teams are actively working to restore services.

Network Incident of August 12, 2026

On August 12, 2026, starting at 11:26 AM, and for approximately 30 minutes, connectivity disruptions were observed from certain locations, primarily affecting services hosted in Marseille. Traffic to and from Marseille may also have been affected, albeit to a very limited extent, at our other sites.

This incident was caused by a software bug on a router in our Marseille backbone, resulting in unreachable traffic for some of the users passing through this equipment.

The affected router has been placed under enhanced monitoring, and its replacement is already planned as part of our backbone upgrade program in the Marseille region. Maintenance will be scheduled soon and announced in advance, with minimal disruption to the network.

Thank you for your understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

    ---

  2. Identified

Most affected customers should see their service's reachability return to normal.

The incident is nevertheless still ongoing, and our technical team remains mobilized on it.

  3. Investigating

For the past few minutes we have been experiencing a connectivity incident on our MRS zone, which may impact access to your services from certain operators.

Our team is currently working on this incident to determine its cause.
